Unbelievers

More and more often, we hear about non-believers (or unbelievers as I call them) not wanting to hear about anything that would refer to God, or any objects that would hint of any kind of religious beliefs. A lot of it comes out in the United States around Christmas displays in government buildings.  These are the type of people that have no faith - except perhaps in themselves.  It's okay to have faith in yourself, but it's also okay to have faith in God if that is how you feel.

End of the World?

There are a lot of predictions about the end of the world. The end of the world will come, not from the invisible entity we call God but by stupid human beings that are fighting for power and also over differences in faith. They are the ones that will destroy us all (and themselves). Here is what a scientist from NASA has to say about this rumor of the end of this world on the 21st of this month.

These fears are based on misinterpretations of the Mayan calendar. On the 21st, the date of the winter solstice, a calendar cycle called the 13th b'ak'tun comes to an end. Although Maya scholars agree that the ancient Maya would not have seen this day as apocalyptic, rumors have spread that a cosmic event may end life on Earth on that day.
Thus NASA's involvement. The space agency maintains a 2012 information page debunking popular Mayan apocalypse rumors, such as the idea that a rogue planet will hit Earth on Dec. 21, killing everyone. (In fact, astronomers are quite good at detecting near-Earth objects, and any wandering planet scheduled to collide with Earth in three weeks would be the brightest object in the sky behind the sun and moon by now.
"There is no true issue here," David Morrison, an astrobiologist at NASA Ames Research Center, said...

No Ghosts From Relatives?

I was reading on Seeks Ghosts the other morning, about some people who don’t believe in manifestations of relatives. I tend to believe that line of thinking, because all my aunts and uncles on both my mom's and dad's side of the family are dead with one exception.  I had an aunt that died and she had never seen my sisters and I, and the morning that she died she appeared to me. I've mentioned this before in a previous post.

In this same post on Seeks Ghosts, it says that as far as the smells that some people get of a person that has passed away (like a perfume scent for example) is just the person's imagination.

I would say the person that said that is wrong according to my own experience. I was sitting here one night trying to think of something to write, when all of a sudden I got the odor of an old person.  It was an odor of the old days that smelled of smoke from a pipe or maybe chewing tobacco (the kind that would be spit into a spittoon but instead someone had wiped their mouth with the shirt sleeve, or with the back of their hands, then wipe them off on their pants or coveralls). In those cases you would get the smell of old tobacco whenever they would pass by you, or you were near them. Thinking of my grandfather was not on my mind but when that odor came up that’s when I thought of him.

One thing you can count on, is that you are never alone you might think you are, but you’re always followed by the invisible ones. Believe it or not. You can prove this to yourself by walking down a deserted street late at night alone, and you will get the feeling that you’re being followed.

Have a good day.

Invasion

My big question today would be this: Could the soul of a deceased human being invade the body of an animal? I have my reasons for asking this because of what I'd seen and heard a couples of years ago.  can’t forget it and it has been haunting me ever since.

No, I don’t think I've lost my marbles. During my lifetime so far what I’ve seen and heard, so much of what this world has come to is crazy, that I might have lost at least 10% of my marbles. Considering how this world is going I’m liable to lose more before I leave it and if it comes to that then I’ll stop writing.  But so far, I think I'm still not crazy.

In this world today there are so many mysterious things that happen that one never knows. So in not knowing the only thing a person can do is to try and get an answer from someone else. If anyone could give me some kind of answer it would be appreciated.

So back to my question.

I know it’s a weird question to ask but since I’m haunted by it I have to try. Taking a chance that maybe someone has read about this kind of subject about the soul of a deceased human being invading a live animals body.

Puzzled

I am puzzled, by the contradictions that I read about in the writings of the Church of God and some others. Catholics claim that there are no such things as ghosts and some of us who has seen some we know that there are. The Catholics claim that when you die and have not confessed to your sins you go straight to hell.

In the writings of the Church of God it says “that you are asleep in your grave till judgment day and on judgment day, if you’re not accepted by God, your soul is incinerated and it will never live again and this is done without any pain since God is a good God and will not torture you.”

The Catholics say “that you are in a pit of fire and suffer for eternity”. That doesn’t make any sense doesn’t? First they tell you that He is a good God and next they tell you that you will burn for all eternity. Now wouldn’t that be torture?

I have written about a book called Bible history in a previous post. This book at one time was studied by the students in Catholic schools. I cannot say if there was any written in English because all I could find was the French one. After reading this book from the old Biblical days, I believe that some of these laws if you want to call them laws, derived from what was happening in those days in regards to religion or beliefs of the people in those days. Like everything else, man has also added some sadistic extensions to some of these laws and I believe that some of these laws would not sit well with our Creator and they do not conform to the Ten Commandments that are written in the Bible.

According to the Bible the world was destroyed before with 40 days and 40 nights of rain so there must have been a judgment day and if the soul of a deceased was not accepted by God and it was incinerated where do the demons come from?

Some people upon reading this may think this person doesn’t have faith. My answer is yes I do but if I didn’t have any faith I would be an atheist which I am not.

Middle East in Bible Prophecy (Part 2)

I finished reading the book mentioned above and from what I read in this book, there is no way that the people from the Third World countries will ever change. Their faith has been estranging their brain from reality at such a young age, that they honestly believe there are no other faiths than their own that should exist.

The Middle East in Bible Prophecy (Part 1)

I just received this book The Middle East in Bible Prophecy, from the publishers of the United Church of God.  From what I’ve read in it so far, it seems to be very interesting and revealing about Abraham. What is mentioned in this book, is also in the Bible but the interpretation of the verses of the Bible by these people make it more interesting to read, it’s like night and day comparing to how some preachers interpret the Bible.

We have all heard of the Third World countries and the way they conduct themselves but not too many people know how these countries came to be. In this book it tells you exactly how it came to be and who was responsible for it. We all know that in the Middle East especially most problems and killings are about religion.
Quoting the top of page seven. “It’s impossible to understand the present Middle East without  the knowledge of the three great religions that emanate from the area - Judaism, Christianity and Islam. The towering historical figures behind these three religions- Moses, Jesus Christ and Muhammad- were all direct descendants of Abraham.”
I also found out that by reading this book, there will never be an understanding between the Palestinians and the Israelites about Jerusalem, because of faith. There have been discussions on  this subject but neither nation will come to an agreement.

Part 2 will be coming up shortly

Cemeteries haunted?

When I read or hear about some people being scared of going into a cemetery it makes me laugh. Some of these people don’t even believe that ghosts exist, so what exactly are they scared about? And then there are some that do believe in ghosts.  I guess they think that one or more of the deceased will come out of their grave and attack them.

Some people have claimed that they have seen a ghost in a cemetery.  I must ask, was it real or just  imagination? The reason I’m saying this, is because I used to go into these places for my work and checked to see if there was anyone that was vandalizing the place. I had three to check in the evening.  Sometimes it was in the middle of the night when the alarm company would call me because they would receive a warning that an alarm was set off in one of those cemeteries.

I've added a blog I found

I've just added a blog Angels and Ghosts to my Blogroll.  Check it out.

Church of God

I read and watch videos a lot about about what the Church of God has to say about different things. I must say that I have to agree with a lot of things that they say.  They are the only ones so far that make sense to me in their interpretation of the Bible.

One thing I do disagree with that they say, though is about the soul being asleep in the grave until all the deceased are called upon on Judgement Day. That makes no sense to me whatsoever. If that were so, where do ghost or spirits come from? There are all kinds of evidence that there are ghost or spirits, and I can’t understand why in religious circles this is so strongly denied.

On Religion

What is going on with Canada and the United States?

These two countries for some reason, seem to have turned against religion all of a sudden. Maybe it's been slowly happening, but it seems more sudden to me.  Did I miss it when the Messiah came down from Heaven and committed some kind of a crime? That would explain why there has been a marginalization of religion lately. Or is there just too much talk about the topic of religion?  Or maybe it is used in politics too often.  I don't know, but religion just seems to be a bad word, a bad idea nowadays.

Have we as Canadians and Americans turned into nations of unbelievers without faith? If this is so then we have a big problem.  If we don’t have faith in the good Lord then what do we have faith in? Ourselves?  I personally don't have a lot of faith in people (i.e. ourselves).  We generally don't have a great track record.  In North America we've had a better track record than most of the rest of the world as far as civility and decency.  But, we had religion helping us along.

I do think there are still a lot of people that believe in the good Lord, and I am one of them.

I have as my personal saying "a person without faith, is a person that is lost". Whatever is written in the Bible (e.g. the Ten Commandments), a person without faith does not believe in conducting themselves according to those ideas.  That person is a candidate for incineration once deceased. That’s my way of thinking.

Church of God and reincarnation

At the Church of God they say that when you die and when you are judged and accepted by God, your soul lives on and if not then you're put to sleep and your soul is incinerated and it doesn't exist any more and this is done without any pain whatsoever.

My question would be if your soul is not incinerated and it lives on, you live on to what? Are you sent back to Earth to start a new life? Are you sent back as a different human being? If so, can you remember everything from your past life? I know that I’ve read about some people having the feeling of having lived before in a past life.

I remember quite a few years ago I read in a medical journal that this little girl kept on telling her parents that she lived before in another country and described the house and who was living there. Since she kept on and on about it, they finally brought her to a psychiatrist. After listening to her and the way she kept on trying to make him believe that what she was saying was true, he consulted with a couple more psychiatrists and finally with some scientist. After they listened to her, they decided to take her to the country that she claimed she was from.

Once they arrived at the town she spoke about, she describe the house that she claimed to have once lived in and that her parents were still there. Apparently she described every one that would be living in that house. Once at the house they got out of the car and knocked on the door. The psychiatrist and scientist got the surprise of their lives because what the little girl had told them was the truth. I've read about a couple stories of the sort.

I know some might not believe that. That’s fine. But did you ever get the feeling that when your doing something that your sure you have never done before but while doing it, you knew exactly what to do and how? And the feeling that you have done this before has finally kicked in?

I used to find all kinds of stories like this in the medical journal I read. I’m not saying that there was some every day, but sometimes you get some just as interesting as the one I just wrote about.

The point is, some things are hard to believe but we have to realize that we live in a world that has a lot of mysteries that we will never understand.

If anyone have any thoughts on this subject of having lived before, I would be interested in hearing about it. Any thoughts from a good preacher would be

In the mean time have a day in this life.

Believable or not?

Sometimes I go to other blogs and read about ghosts, spirits and manifestations. I occasionally read stories that people have sent in and I find that most are believable to some degree at least. But some of them are hard to believe, or it might be they are written with too many little words, to more or less to embellish the story and the results make them unbelievable stories.

Here is one that I find hard to believe. Unfortunately I don’t remember the blog I was on when I read it. I searched for this story on the blogs I had visited and could never find it again. So, my apologies for that. If you are the blog owner and recognize the story, let me know and I will credit you as the source.

This had to do with someone that was revived by doctors after dying. They had to revive him a few times, and each time they would revive him, he would start screaming that he was on fire and burning. Apparently this happened twice before he finally died for the last time.

To me this seemed to be a fabrication of a story. I’ll tell you why. I have read too many stories about people that have died and came back and never have they mentioned burning.

I can say with my experience of May this year the doctor claimed that I was dead in the hospital and according to witnesses about half hour after the priest had read me the Last Rites of the Church, my body came alive again. I did have a near-death experience. While I was dead, my soul went on a little trip and what I saw was not scary but the feeling I had was that I was in a dangerous, ominous place. I could feel danger around me, but I could not see anything. The next thing I knew I was back in my body and apparently I scared my daughter when I sat up. The doctor is still mystified as to why I’m still alive.

This refutes (for me) the Catholic religion's saying that if you die before confessing your sins you go straight to hell. If that was true I would not be here today and that’s for sure.

Computer fail

My computer's hard drive crashed and I've been dealing with a borrowed laptop.  I hate laptops.  I'm a senior citizen and I just find that laptops are too small, and I don't like using them.  So I haven't been posting or writing the last few days.  I'll be back regularly as soon as I can get my own desktop fixed.

This kind of serves as a rant and as an explanation.

Have a better day than my desktop.

Quick notes on comments and the end of the world

It's been a while and I just wanted to comment on two things.

1) Comments - I just saw two comments that were awaiting moderation/review before being posted.  They'd been there a week, and I just saw them and allowed them to be posted.  Sorry for the delay commenters.

2)  If you are interested, here's some information I found on the Mayan end of the world predictions:
A stone found in Guatemala carved by the Mayas some 1,300 years ago states that the ancient civilization's 13th "baktun" period - each of which lasts some 400 years - will end on Dec. 21, the second historical reference found regarding the ancient civilization's pending calendar change.

The find was announced this past week by Guatemalan and U.S. archaeologists who explained that they uncovered the stone last April at a dig being worked by students from Guatemala's Universidad Del Valle, Tulane and the University of Texas.

U.S. archaeologist David Stuart, one of the experts who announced the find, said that the carved steps on which the stone was found contains the longest Mayan text discovered to date in Guatemala.

This is the second reference ever found regarding the change in the Maya calendar. The other was uncovered at a site called Tortuguero in Mexico's Tabasco state, he said.

Who to believe?

I ask who to believe and here are my reasons for asking. All religions or cults tell us that God is a good God. I believe that. Now this is why I’m asking the question. Catholics claim that if you die without confessing your sins you go straight to hell and this doesn’t make sense to me

First of all, nowhere can I find that says that God judges everyone individually upon death and this is what the Catholics want you to believe.  If He did judge everyone individually then why should He do it again at the end of the world?

Thoughts on UFOs

Every once in a while you hear about UFO sightings and how fast they can make a turn in the opposite direction  that they were heading. According to those who have seen them and reported how fast they can turn and disappear, there are no humans that could withstand the G forces, that would affect the body of a human being.

Now I’m going into the science fiction land. We have heard of spirits manifesting as humans.  We have heard about bad spirits throwing things around and making all kinds of racket, like banging on walls open doors, slamming doors, turingn on lights or a radio or stove.

Could it be that these UFO’S actually have spirits operating them? Also could there be spirits in some kind of body living on another planet? In this world today, everything is possible because we don’t know what the good Lord has done with the other planets. He must have had plans for them. The Sun and the moon I can see what they are used for, but for the balance of them, I don’t know. If we survive the after life after judgement day, some of us might find out. And if you have been following and reading on my Ghost blog you will know what I mean by my previous sentence.

Well this is as far as I can go in this science fiction land.

Have a good day and may God bless you all.

The night I died and came back

This post is entirely truthful as I remember it.  On April 30th,  I was sitting at home thinking of what I should write about.  Since I had just finished writing about how God works in mysterious ways, I didn't want to write another one on a similar subject but what hat happened to me next has changed my mind.

I was sitting at my computer that night, when all of a sudden I got a sharp pain in my chest and pain on each side of my body .  Luckily, my son noticed that something was wrong because I started choking.  He called for an ambulance. When the paramedic came they strapped me on a stretcher and took me off to the emergency room.

Once at the emergency they checked me over then moved me to a room.  After settling down and waiting for whatever was going to happen next, I could not remember if I had brought my heart pills with me but I saw one of the nurses bend down and put something in a basket that is under the bed to keep the patients personal items in. That's where they keep stuff until they determine where the patient is going to be for the duration of  their stay. I got off the bed and tried to get to the basket and that’s where it all began.

All of a sudden I ran out of breath and it did not matter what I did there was no way that I could get any oxygen in me.  It was as if I was sucking in oxygen but none was coming in. Then I started to choke for lack of breathing.  I swear I could see myself more or less fading away from the room and my body fighting for air.  Then I started to hit anything that was in my way to attract attention and that was the last thing I remembered until later on - at least consciously. I had an unearthly trip which I will explain a bit later.

According to witnesses and relatives, my body was convulsing so much that the doctors were giving me all kinds of needles to kill the pain that they thought that I could feel. Also the doctor was telling them each step I was going through before the final step of dying.

Once the doctor said that I was dead but then I started to move again. I was told later on that I was given a 5% chance of surviving the night. They even brought in a priest to read me my last rites.  I think that when the doctor said that I was dead. I still had a heart beat apparently but the doctors and my family were prepared for something to happen very shortly.  Meanwhile, what I do remember, is that my soul decided to go on a little trip.

I don’t remember anything about how I got there wherever 'there' was, but I know that I ended up at the bottom of a hill and about half way up, there was a building surrounded by a big fence.  The fence was black with two big gates and there were trees but they were weird looking; they had no bark on them and the branches were smooth looking and the color of these trees was like a dirty grey.  I could sense so much danger at this place that I actually ran for the gate and knocked and knocked but no one answered it.

The next thing I knew was waking up.  Apparently it scared the hell out of a few people. I was supposed to be dead (or dying) and I sat right up in bed.  While I was on my unwanted trip, that was when the local priest had been giving me last rites of the church.  To my way of thinking, he is the one that saved me from going inside those gates. I really believe that if I would have been able to go in those gates, I would never have been back.  I'm quite sure that was hell that I was heading for and I thank the powers that be for protecting me.

The doctors told me that my body had shut down including both my kidneys and lungs as well as my weak heart. And according to a lengthy search someone did for me on the internet there was only one other person that had her body had shut down like mine and she came back alive.  But she died two days later.  The doctors are mystified as to why my body started working again.

Tomorrow I have a meeting with the priest that gave me the last rites and I will tell him what I have seen and see if he can shed some light on what it could have been according to his belief.

I would not wish this on my worst enemy.  It was truly vivid and very real.  It made me think about things I could have done and should do differently.  I have no wish to re-live that experience (so to speak).    If you have things in your life you shouldn't be proud of, change them.  You never know when it might be too late.  Think about making peace with loved ones every day.  Think about doing things the right way, always.  I'm quite sure another place to go after death would be a lot more comforting and welcoming.

As I said, this is not a story, it really happened to me.  I'm still weak and not fully recovered.  But I do want to take advantage of the chance I have been given as much as I can for as much time I've been given. My advice to anyone is to do the same.

Mysterious Ways

[NOTE: This post was written several weeks ago by Bob.  He is still recovering from his recent heart problems, and this post is being posted on his behalf]

God works in mysterious ways. This sentence is said plenty of times especially when some one escaped what could of been a fatal accident.

The reason I’m writing about this, is because of a little incident that happen to me while going down to the basement this morning.

NOTE on Bob

Bob has recently suffered a serious heart attack and also near fatal kidney failure.  For a while, it didn't look as if he would make it.  Last week Bob was rushed to the local hospital and was not expected to survive.   His heart has been problematic of late - it's not his first heart attack in the last year.  I'm sure the smoking doesn't help.  His lungs were also not functioning properly and he was having considerable problems breathing.  His kidneys had begun to shut down. Miraculously, out of nowhere, Bob regained consciousness after having gone so far as being read his last rites.  In fact in a matter of a few days he has recovered to the point that he is almost his curmudgeonly self.

He is still in the hospital undergoing tests, and he's not yet ready to go home. Not after an incident like that.  He asked me to post a note to his blogs to explain his absence and to let his readers know that he will be back posting as soon as possible.  In fact he has a backlog of material written that needs polishing but is almost ready to go.

Our prayers are with him that he will back here soon, posting again, no doubt with a fresh perspective on life after death.  Please feel free to post him your wishes and prayers in the comments as well.

Thanks.

Dean L, on behalf of Bob J.

Mysterious ways

God works in mysterious ways. This sentence is said plenty of times especially when someone escaped what could have been a fatal accident.

The reason I’m writing about this, is because of a little incident that happen to me while going down to the basement this morning.

Ever since my knees were operated on for thorn cartilages, my left leg for some reason or other without any warning, gives out on me and it happened to me going down these stairs this morning. Luckily, my reflects were fast enough that I grabbed the banister and hung there like a monkey until the strength came back in my leg.

This started me thinking of all the times that I’ve been saved mysteriously and it started when I was a snotty little kid.

Out in the country on a winter day I was sliding on the road in front of the house between two hills. While I was going down one hill, this car coming from the opposite direction came over the next hill and there was no way that I could get out of its way because it was all ice, but for some reason or other the driver of that car manage to drive or slide his car in the snow bank.

Later as I got old enough to go to work, my uncle had a contact to demolish old houses and I went to work for him. On this house, someone had started to demolish it but did not finish the job, so my uncle got it. I was working on this house, but whoever had started to demolish just took off the inside walls of the second floor, left the plumbing in the open exposing the cast iron pipes.

I was downstairs banging on the walls to take them out, when all of a sudden one of the elbows from upstairs broke away and landed on my head and actually put an indent in my scalp. Now, I have an indentation of about ¼ inches. Once at the hospital, the Dr. said if it would of been about another inch more to the front, it would have been fatal.

Recently coming back from the store on my bike during traffic hour, and this was on Monclair street, a tractor trailer flatbed pulled beside me and the trailer and I stayed side by side for quite awhile. Sometimes no more then 5 to 6 inches away from my shoulder, and here I am trying to keep my balance from dodging the pot holes and in my mind I could see those wheels and getting run over by them.

I know,  I’ll have to go some day and I was sure that my day had come. I realize now that we have protection from above, and we are well protected. When I hear someone say God works in  mysterious ways, I will say it’s the best protection a person can have. I really believe, with all the things that have happened to me in the past, without God’s protection, I would not be here today .I feel sorry for the non believers, because the day will come that they will find out that there is a God but then it will be too late. I always say to each to his/her own belief.

That’s my rant for the day.

Hippies head for Noah's Ark.

I don't know.  This is hard to believe but you never know. Like I've always said there are strange things in this world.

A rapidly increasing stream of New Age believers – or esoterics, as locals call them – have descended in their camper van-loads on the usually picturesque and tranquil Pyrenean village of Bugarach. They believe that when apocalypse strikes on 21 December this year, the aliens waiting in their spacecraft inside Pic de Bugarach will save all the humans near by and beam them off to the next age.
As the cataclysmic date – which, according to eschatological beliefs and predicted astrological alignments, concludes a 5,125-year cycle in the Mesoamerican Long Count calendar – nears, the goings-on around the peak have become more bizarre and ritualistic.

It was interesting to read.

Investigation of Jesus

I mentioned in a earlier post that after everything that I’ve read about Jesus, I came to the conclusion that Jesus was God. Well tonight I found a site that convinces me that I was right. The investigation conducted by scholars of the Bible, going back to the time that Jesus was on this Earth and His death and Resurrection was documented.

If you're interested go to this site. I found it to be very interesting.

Hypocrites

Hypocrites. That's what I call people that say there is no God or "I don’t believe that there is such a thing as God". Here are a few examples of what I’m talking about and I heard this on quite a few instances.

A mother had two kids playing outside when all of a sudden she hears one kid screaming as if they were in pain. So she quit what she was doing and at the same time saying "oh God now what?" Or "please God help me". Or she gets a phone call with some bad news and when she hangs up she says "what did I ever do to God to deserve this??

God is a good God

Well, my back is holding out, so I'm back, at least for now.

All my life (so far) I've heard most preachers say that if you don’t ask God for forgiveness for your sins that when you die you go straight to hell then you burn and suffer the wrath of God.

I say they are wrong. I think they only say this to scare people into believing that when they die they would go straight to the river of fire. I don’t believe that at all, because that would be torture and from everything that I’ve read about God and what Jesus preached while in this world, God would not torture people and that’s how it would be if they where thrown in a river of fire. I also believe that when you die that your soul is in the grave in a sleep mode and the Spirits that refuses to go to the other side for some reason or other they are the ones that will show themselves to the living.

But when judgement day comes they will not have a choice they will rise up like the others that did not refuse to cross to the other side and be judged.

I also believe that on judgement day the ones that are not fit to join God in heaven will be put to sleep once more and thrown in the lake of fire without feeling any pain of burning because that would be torture and their soul would stop to exist for ever as if they never existed.

Those are my beliefs and understanding by all the things that I’ve read and heard.

God bless you and have a wonderful day.

Out of Commission

It may be a while before I can post again. Not years or months, but perhaps a couple of weeks.  I've hurt my back and it hurts to sit at the computer for more than 5 or 10 minutes or even to move around too much. It bothers me from time to time, and it sure isn't fun when it happens.

But it does go away after a while.  I'm not going away though.

I will post again as soon as I can, but I'm not sure how soon it will be.  But I'll be back when I have a better back.

Still Searching

I have been and still am searching to find something on ghosts, as to why they exist. There are lots of anecdotal evidence and personal accounts by people to prove to me that they do exist.  Many people say that have seen them or heard them, including myself. My own experiences are proof enough, but with so many others claiming the same sort of stories, it just cements my own experience as true.

I have read I don’t know how many books and other peoples' experiences on manifestations of ghosts and yet its being denied by preachers of different religions or cults or whatever you want to call them.

This morning I was determine to find something on that subject but to no avail. I even looked on other blogs that has almost everything on the paranormal, but could not find anything that would answer my question on the existence of ghosts. However, I did come across a blog that receives letters from people that have seen ghosts, gremlins, phantoms etc.  On this blog they have thousands of stories concerning this subject.  I would share the link with you but I seem to have lost it right now.  I will add it when I find it.

I found a site with video that explains about what happens after death. And this site, put out by the Church of God and I thought that it would answer my questions about the paranormal but it didn’t. But it did explained quite a few other things that were of some interest to me.

Here is another site that can be checked out if you believe in ghosts.  It has witnesses as to what happens in these places that are haunted. This site is Haunted Houses.  On this site you will see a map that will tell you of all the haunting that go on in those places and also about other countries including Canada.

Well I’ll keep on searching to see if I can find what I want.

Have a great day.

Faith

Do you have faith in what exist but that you can’t see? Or do you only believe in what you can see? If you only believe in what you can see, then that tells me that you don’t believe in the Lord God the Creator of all that exists.

The sounds of the trumpets

The sound of trumpets which I mentioned in one of my previous posts is on my mind. These sounds are supposed to be a warning from God that doom is near. I believe that the sounds that we have heard recently are the sounds of the trumpets they have already sounded twice before but they could hardly be heard. Now I can’t say exactly how many times these sounds are suppose to occur but I believe its suppose to be seven times. Don’t quote me on that because I am not sure. But the Bible talks about the trumpets.

Like I stated before in the Bible it says that God will not destroy the world but man will do it with fire. If there is a war of the kind that would bring that powerful fire I am willing to say that Iran will be the cause of it and I also believe that Ahmadinejad is tired of life and that’s why he is acting the way he does . He knows that if he starts a war there is no way that he could win but, maybe his wish would be to die so’s he would be considered a martyr if any one survived.

Are those strange sounds heard recently the trumpets from God?  Is Iran going to start a war?  Could be.  That’s my opinion.

Weird sounds around the world

Yesterday, I checked out some videos about the weird sounds that were heard and the vibrations of the Earth all over the world.  Check these out:

Now, as usual I was not disappointed. On one of the videos I never paid attention to the name but any one can search it and check it out. This person claims that the old world that we knew, was destroyed and we could be on a big ship heading to a newer world. Furthermore they claim that the ship is so old now that you can hear the sound of the metal twisting and rubbing and that is what’s making the sounds that we hear. He then went on about aliens. I believe that there maybe other life forms on other planets because of all the U.F.Os that have been sighted over time. But for us to be on a big ship I would say welcome to the land of fiction.( I was waiting to hear if we were all on the Ark.)

According to the Bible God said that he will never destroy the world again but that man will destroy himself by fire.

I hope I’m not going into fiction land myself by  what I’m going to write next. With all the problems going on in this world and the prediction of doom coming soon, could it be the sound of God sounding off his displeasure as to what has become of his creations?

The invisible jungle

The more I read about the super natural, the more I think that once we die we end up in a jungle.  That's because reading about black shadows, monsters, phantoms, and also animals, that’s what I’m beginning to think. I'm not implying that these things don’t exist, because I have no proof that they do or don’t. I will find out for myself in the not too distant future.

It would not surprise me if all those things did exist in the afterlife because they were created by the Creator and to me anything that was created by the Creator was given the breath of life.  That’s why I think that animals have a soul. If so they can appear as spirits. As for insects or anything like that, I think once they die they are actually gone for good. I say animals must have a soul for the simple reason most animals can be trained to do things. For instance dogs cats and some birds just to name a few.  Because they can be trained, they can think - because they can think they have consciousness. Because they have consciousness they have the power to make choices.  That's getting pretty close to the territory of having a soul.

What is the truth?

2012?

What is the truth?  I've been asking myself that question with respect to when, if ever, is Doomsday going to happen. I read what the predictions are from a couple of people that said it would come in May of 2012. And of course there a lot of predictions about December of this year. They also predicted how its going to happen and the advanced warnings we are going to see before it happens. I also wrote on this blog about these predictions.

According to what I was taught by Catholics, when I was practicing that religion, was that God will never destroy the World again. Man will destroy himself by fire.

I will go with that reasoning, because the way things are in the world today with nuclear weapons proliferation, what could possibly cause more fire then that? And this kind of fire turns everything into dust instantly.

Mind you, I’m not predicting the end of the world, because I don’t know anymore than others might. But the way things are at this time and the tension that is building up with certain nations (with the instigator in the form of the President of Iran and his not-so-subtle innuendos against the USA and threatening the destruction of  Israel), it isn't that far-fetched an idea.

I also believe that if any one of these nations that do have nuclear weapons even hint at starting something then we can say this is the beginning of the end.
